With the way the heat has been lately I know it's hard to get our daily dose of Vitamin D, but here's an article from New Old Age, that proves the importance of getting enough especially for seniors. Luckily, there are supplements to help.  Are you getting enough Vitamin D?  

Scientists Weigh In on Fall Prevention


Who would have thought that popping a pill could help prevent falls in the elderly? According to a new report on fall prevention, published in Annals of Internal Medicine, vitamin D, of all things, may help adults age 65 and older stay steady and upright.
