Kim Moustis is a dedicated and passionate real estate agent with Keller Williams Experience in Downers Grove. She heads The Kim Moustis Group, a team of three agents and two administrative professionals whose main mission is to help their clients buy or sell their homes while guiding them through the process with expert advice and experience. More importantly, Kim is especially passionate about helping senior citizens.

Kim has her Senior Real Estate Specialist designation and truly loves to help seniors sell their homes when they feel they are ready to make the next move in their life. Kim’s background not only in real estate but in providing health care at home to seniors as a physical therapist in the past has allowed Kim to form relationships with seniors and form a solid understanding of the unique needs of senior citizens. Kim recently completed 21 years as a real estate professional and throughout that time, has focused much of her energy on helping families and seniors to feel comfortable, excited, and confident when buying or selling their homes.

Kim & Kerry have partnered together the past few years to assist their clients with the decision to transition to the right home environment. Kerry’s knowledge & compassion is apparent in every one she has had the opportunity to meet.
