About David Martinez
What is Home Health and Homecare? Home Health is a physician ordered, insurance covered, in home clinical service to support our clients that have a tasking effort to leave the home. This is a benefit that is covered by your Part A primary insurance. Depending on what the doctor is ordering, an example can be Skilled Nursing, Physical and Occupational therapy, Speech Therapy, Social Work and Home Health Aid. Homecare is a non-skilled service that focuses on bringing independence back to the home by assisting in Activities of Daily living. They are supported by a one-on-one caregiver hourly or 24/7 depending on their needs. The only insurances accepted are LTC or Veterans aids and benefits. My name is Dave Martinez and I am your local Account Manager for Carelink Home Health and Link Homecare. I graduated from Northern Illinois University with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology. My career changed when I became a bedside CNA where I dedicated my passion to make a difference.
We provide a wide range of services to meet the needs of your loved one. Areas we cover are McHenry, Lake, Will, Cook, Kendall, Kane and DuPage counties. Our team has focused on Clinical Excellence and Superior Customer Service for the past couple of years. Senior Living Experts are considered my trusted partners when it comes to supporting our families. They specialize in developing a personalized plan that addresses our senior’s specific requirements. They do this by getting to know and understand each family on a personal connection to be able to advocate and become that resource for you in the long run. They are responsive, fast and help in relieving the stress from families and professionals. We are both here to make everyone’s life easier.
About Home Health Providers
Home health providers consist of professionals such as registered nurses and physical therapists who are available for medical care. We typically recommend employing one of these health professionals after an elderly person has dealt with an injury or hospitalization. Some of the services include administering medications, caring for wounds, and keeping an eye on the individual’s overall health.
